Caxino Casino blackjack comes in two forms: live dealer tables from Evolution and Pragmatic Play, and RNG tables from Games Global in the Table Games section. Standard tables pay 3:2 for a natural, published RTP runs from 98.80% to 99.59%, and blackjack stakes count 50% toward the 35x welcome bonus wagering. Everything runs in the browser, with no app.

Blackjack Studios at Caxino
Three of the studios Caxino names in its line-up build nearly all the blackjack you will meet here. Two of them run live dealer studios, and the third supplies the software tables.
That split matters more than the logo on the tile. A live table moves at the dealer's pace and needs a real-money balance, while an RNG table deals as fast as you tap and usually opens as a free demo when you are logged out.
Evolution
The largest live blackjack range: seven-seat and VIP tables, Blackjack Party, and unlimited-seat formats such as Infinite, Power and Lightning Blackjack.
Pragmatic Play
Live tables with a quicker rhythm. ONE Blackjack deals a single shared hand to everyone, and Speed Blackjack serves the fastest decision first.
Games Global
RNG blackjack built by its partner studio Switch Studios: Classic Blackjack in single-hand and multi-hand versions, several with their own side bets.
The blackjack range is a small corner of a lobby with over 3,000 games, and the same live studios also run the wheel and dice titles covered in our game shows guide.
What Is in the Blackjack Lobby
Caxino Casino blackjack is spread over two lobby sections. Live Casino holds the dealer tables, and Table Games holds the RNG versions next to roulette and baccarat.
The quickest route is the search box: type "blackjack" and both kinds appear together. The table below shows how the two differ in practice.
| Feature | Live tables | RNG tables |
|---|---|---|
| Lobby section | Live Casino | Table Games |
| Dealer | Real person | Software |
| Demo play | No | Mostly yes |
| Pace | Timed rounds | Your own |
| Seats | Seven or unlimited | Always free |
| Blackjack pays | 3:2 | 3:2 |
| Wagering weight | 50% | 50% |
Swipe
Seven-seat live tables can fill up at busy hours. When that happens you can use Bet Behind on a seated player, or move to an unlimited-seat table where everyone plays the same starting hand and makes their own decisions. RNG tables never have a queue.
Popular Blackjack Titles
These twelve tables come from the studios Caxino works with and are typical of its live and table lobbies. Filter them by studio or by published RTP.
Lobbies change, so treat the grid as a guide to what to search for, not a promise that every table is open today. Each RTP is the theoretical figure for the main bet played with perfect strategy.

What sets the main titles apart
- Infinite Blackjack: unlimited seats, four side bets (Any Pair, 21+3, Hot 3, Bust It) and the Six Card Charlie rule, where six cards totalling 21 or less win automatically.
- Lightning Blackjack: a fee equal to your stake buys a random multiplier of 2x to 25x that applies to your next winning hand.
- Power Blackjack: the 9s and 10s are taken out of the eight-deck shoe, and in return you may double, triple or quadruple down.
- Infinite Bet Stacker Blackjack: a 10% fee on the stake funds a bonus card that can boost the main bet by 25% to 100% when it matches one of your first two cards.
- ONE Blackjack: one hand dealt from eight decks for an unlimited number of players, each deciding for themselves.
- Multi Hand Classic Blackjack: an RNG table where you play up to five hands a round against a dealer who stands on all 17s.
RTP and Volatility
Blackjack has the highest return of any game family in the lobby. The twelve titles above are published between 98.80% and 99.59%, well above a typical pokie.

Two things sit behind those numbers. First, they assume basic strategy on every hand - guesswork hands the house a bigger edge than the rules do. Second, they describe the main bet only. Side bets are separate wagers with their own, lower return.
Volatility on the main bet is low: most hands win or lose one unit, with doubles, splits and the 3:2 natural adding modest swings. Side bets and multiplier formats change that. Lightning Blackjack's 99.56% applies to the first hand, and later results depend on which multiplier you carry, so the ride is bumpier than the headline figure suggests.
Pragmatic Play's live tables gained a Double Down After Split rule in 2025. The studio puts most of those tables around 99.41% and certain versions at up to 99.59%, which is the figure usually quoted for Speed Blackjack.
Rules, Payouts and Side Bets
The aim never changes: finish closer to 21 than the dealer without going over. Number cards count at face value, picture cards count 10, and an ace counts 1 or 11.
The standard live and classic RNG tables described here share one core rule set. Feature games bend it on purpose, which is why Power Blackjack and Lightning Blackjack carry their own help pages.
| Natural blackjack | Pays 3:2 |
|---|---|
| Ordinary win | Pays 1:1 |
| Insurance | Pays 2:1 |
| Shoe | Eight decks |
| Dealer | Stands on all 17s |
| Player options | Hit, stand, double, split |
A 3:2 payout means a NZ$10 bet returns NZ$15 in winnings on a two-card 21. That one line is worth checking in the rules panel before the first hand, since it has more effect on the return than any other rule on the table.
Side bets
Perfect Pairs pays when your first two cards form a pair. 21+3 combines your two cards with the dealer's upcard into a three-card poker hand. Infinite tables add Hot 3 and Bust It, and Pragmatic's ONE Blackjack offers a Bust Bonus. The Games Global tables carry their own extras, such as the Ten-20 bet, which pays when your opening hand totals 10 or 20.
Side bets are optional and resolve on the deal, so they add colour to a slow shoe. Their published return sits in the 94-96% range, so we treat them as an occasional extra and keep the main bet as the core of the session.
How a Hand Looks on Screen
A live table fills the screen with the dealer's video, with your chips, bet spots and decision buttons laid over the lower third. Here is one round from lobby to payout.
- 1Open the table: log in, go to Live Casino or search "blackjack", and tap a tile. The tile shows the table name and, on seven-seat tables, how many seats are free.
- 2Take a seat: tap an empty seat marker on the felt. On Infinite or ONE Blackjack there is no seat to pick - you are in as soon as you bet.
- 3Place the bet: choose a chip from the row at the bottom and tap the main betting spot. Side bet spots sit beside it. A countdown shows how long betting stays open.
- 4Watch the deal: the dealer gives you two cards face up and takes one upcard. Your running total appears in a small label next to your cards.
- 5Decide: buttons for hit, stand, double and, with a pair, split appear with a timer. If the dealer shows an ace, an insurance prompt comes first.
- 6See the result: the dealer draws to at least 17, the outcome flashes over your hand and winnings land in the balance at the bottom of the screen before the next round opens.
RNG tables look simpler: a drawn felt, no video and no timer. You press Deal, make the same decisions, and press Rebet to repeat the stake. Every table has a menu with the rules, the paytable and your hand history.
Blackjack on Mobile
Caxino has no app. The site runs in the browser on phones and tablets, and nearly all games, blackjack included, open there without a download.
Thumb-sized controls
Live tables switch to a portrait layout with the video on top and large decision buttons underneath.
Stable connection first
Live video needs steady data. On patchy mobile signal an RNG table is the safer pick, since it uses far less.
Same account and cashier
Balance, bonus progress and payment methods are identical to desktop, so you can deposit from NZ$10 on the phone.
One habit helps on a small screen: decide before the timer runs low. If the clock expires on a live hand the table acts for you, and that default is not always the choice basic strategy would make.
Blackjack and the Welcome Bonus
The welcome offer is 100% up to NZ$200 plus 100 free spins on the first deposit, with 35x wagering on the bonus. Blackjack counts toward it at 50%.
In practice each NZ$10 you stake at a blackjack table moves the wagering bar by NZ$5. A full NZ$200 bonus needs NZ$7,000 of counted wagering, which is NZ$14,000 staked on blackjack alone or NZ$7,000 on pokies. You have 60 days, and the maximum bet while wagering is NZ$5 a round.
The bonus is non-sticky
Your own money is played first. If a good run at the tables comes while you are still on the real-money balance, you can forfeit the bonus and withdraw those winnings. No promo code is needed, and the minimum deposit is NZ$10.
Claim NZ$200Regular players at the tables tend to get more from the Caxino Extra VIP cashback, 10-20% of weekly net losses with 1x wagering, than from a matched bonus. When it is time to cash out, the minimums and timings are set out in our withdrawal limits page.
Basic Strategy Tips
Basic strategy is the mathematically best play for every hand against every dealer upcard. It is the reason Caxino Casino blackjack can return over 99%, and it takes an evening to learn.
- Stand on hard 17 or more, and on 13-16 when the dealer shows 2 to 6.
- Hit 12-16 when the dealer shows 7 or higher - the dealer is likely to make a hand.
- Double on 11 against any dealer card from 2 to 10, and on 10 against 2 to 9.
- Always split aces and 8s. Never split 10s or 5s.
- Decline insurance. It is a separate bet with a worse return than the main game.
- Use a strategy chart made for the table's rules. Power Blackjack, with no 9s or 10s in the shoe, needs its own.
The logged-out demo of an RNG table is the cheapest classroom there is. Play a hundred hands with the chart open in another tab, then take the same habits to a live table. Card counting is not practical online: RNG games shuffle every hand and live shoes are cut deep.
Bet Limits and Responsible Play
Every table prints its own minimum and maximum bet on the lobby tile and again inside the game. The range is set per table by the studio and the casino, so check it before you sit down.
As a rule, unlimited-seat and RNG tables start lowest, standard seven-seat tables sit in the middle and VIP tables ask for the highest minimum in exchange for a quieter room. Side bets have their own, smaller limits.
- Set a session budget: a common guide is 40 to 50 base bets, enough to ride out an ordinary losing streak.
- Use account limits: deposit, loss and session limits can be set in your account before you play.
- Do not chase: raising stakes after a loss does not change the odds of the next hand.
- Take breaks: live rounds run back to back, so step away between shoes.

Blackjack Questions
Does Caxino Casino have live blackjack?
Yes. The Live Casino section carries dealer-run blackjack from Evolution and Pragmatic Play, the two live studios the brand names. Formats range from seven-seat tables to unlimited-seat games such as Infinite Blackjack and ONE Blackjack, where you never wait for a chair.
What does blackjack pay at Caxino?
On the standard tables covered in this guide a natural blackjack pays 3:2, an ordinary win pays 1:1 and insurance pays 2:1. Always open the rules panel of the table you join, because the payout line and the side bet paytable are printed there for that exact game.
Can I play blackjack with the welcome bonus?
Yes, but it clears the bonus at half speed. Table games and live casino contribute 50% toward the 35x wagering, so each NZ$10 staked counts as NZ$5. The maximum bet while wagering is NZ$5 a round and you have 60 days.
Is there a free demo for blackjack?
RNG blackjack from the Table Games section usually opens in demo mode when you are logged out, which is a good way to practise basic strategy. Live dealer tables have no demo - they need a real-money balance to take a seat.
Which blackjack game has the best RTP?
Of the twelve titles we checked, Pragmatic Play Speed Blackjack is published at up to 99.59% and Evolution Lightning Blackjack at 99.56%. Those figures assume perfect basic strategy. Side bets return less, roughly 94-96%.
Can I play blackjack on my phone?
Yes. There is no app to install - the lobby and the tables load in the mobile browser on iPhone and Android. Live tables switch to a portrait layout with large buttons for hit, stand, double and split.
How do I cash out blackjack winnings?
Through the cashier, back to the method you deposited with where possible. The minimum withdrawal is NZ$20 for cards and e-wallets and the casino charges no fee. Method-by-method detail is in our withdrawal limits guide.
